Headed to Veale to pick up my stuff and get one last workout in before I leave Case for the summer. I'm still in denial that the semester is over already; seems like it flew by. Eben was still there so I got to talk briefly with him before we part ways for a while. Anyway:

DB press: 1x4x75, 2x5x65
Curls: 8x70,1x100,5x80,15x50,26x40
Lat pull-down: 15x70 - shoulder is feeling better but still a little screwy.
