Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Lifted at lunch, with some light jogging between machines - very little soreness. That afternoon -- NO soreness! Did a bunch of dural stretching.
Ran a shorter hunt, from LB's, up Headwaters, then back. Felt FINE until halfway down Headwaters, then it started to hurt. However, instead of ache/pain, it was "tight" in the area. I wasn't comfortable the last quarter mile, so 6 was "perfect".
Post-run: felt fine walking around, at the Y, going home. Did 30min of HOT sauna w/Dan-O after the run and beer.
