really did not feel like running today, couldn't go on any trails cause trees might have been down on them, biked instead and went pretty fast on the tilden track, listened with my ipod for a change, total 9.5 miles and split 4:27, 4:18, 4:19, 4:01, 4:11, 3:39, 5:11, 5:02, 4:47, 2:32 last 800, felt hard for my legs but aerobically it was fine
