Comments:
Ran with the team. Felt ok, a little sluggish after doing core for over an hour right before the run w/ Josh. My glute feels better after that though. My leg was about the same ok for the first 5-6 miles but then started to tighten up and was done about 8-9 in. Definately not in great shape aerobically, breathing wasnt rythmic up hills...but I didnt feel like I was dying felt fairly comfortable. Stretched alot after and was gonna do strides but my leg wasnt up for it.
