Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran at lunch time; morning felt pretty good - not a whole lot of soreness. Did some dural stretching.
Run was OK - felt "stiff" again throughout the loop but not too painful.
Mid-afternoon: did some legit soft tissue work, working longitudinally through tendons. That seemed to help a ton to alleviate the "tightness", even walking around. The rest of the afternoon was fine, though somewhat tight walking around, to car/ERC, etc.
Wore the M101s again...
