Comments:
4 mile repeats- took a little extra between #2 and #3 for bathroom break...legs felt better after about 2 miles...started to feel achy during cooldown. definitely tough...unable to find "cruise" mode under 6 minutes, but not panicky...
TOTAL MILEAGE WITH JOGGING= 8.0. (.5 between each)
