Comments:
The usual with Jeff. We were going to roll easy, but Jeff likes to grind, and it feels good to work on my stride uptempo, so we rolled the 2nd half.
Felt good today, and for the first time I felt SPEED with the "new stride": quad ext+ hip flex/"long paw" fwd.
