Ran w/ Kyle and Josh. HORRIBLE!!! It was bad from the start my legs were dead from the strength workout that morning, and my stomach was kind of upset. Had to stop a few times. Aerobically Im not in that great of shape and Im just really dead from all the strength workouts, I just need an easy day...I got a ways to go to get back in shape.
