I finally went for a long run, i went for 35min. which isn't very long i guess.
i had to stop 3 times along the way, that sucks to think that i use to be able to run SO much more than that without even thinking about stopping, i defiantly think i have gotten myself out of shape from all the short runs...
that's a bummer.
I'm going to start going to the track practices on Monday after spring break, i'm gonna get my but kicked!
i also need to start eating good again, i have still been drinking a TON of water im like addicted! haha
this weekend i was playing volley ball at the park and i stepped on a stick with my bare feet and it hurts really bad today, i was going to go on a run but i think im not.
