Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Though quite tired, I needed to get in some quality running. Felt OK in the Mizuno Ronins, so I did VRC into Alton, some strides - which felt very slow -- then into a "tempo".
I bet I ran 6:30 pace the first mile - dunno, I only timed the whole thing. Felt OK - focused on hip mobility and good turnover (higher heel recovery). felt pretty good, and I gradually increased pace. Did the whole thing in 25:50, which sucks, but not bad for 130mi in the last week + 40mi two days before!
