Comments:
Decided to go check out the tallgrass trail to see if its run-able. I really want to avoid pavement as much as I can, and I found out that is very possible out there. Only problem is that the trail is only cleared for a little over a mile and a half so far. I'll try to come up with ways to extend it, but I may have to use the pavement some as well. At least its a nice change from what I'm used to and the trailhead is only two miles from home.
