Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3x 1000 w/ 2 hurdles/200m. (3:26, 3:24, 3:24). 2 mi acceleration every 400m. The hurdling went ok. My form was pretty bad on some of them b/c I still don't have my approach down. Didn't get tired until the middle of the 2nd one, which is better than last year. Despite this, my 1000s kept getting better so I am pleased w/ my workout. The 2 mi acceleration was pretty poor, and I ended up w/ a 11:40. I started out hitting the times I was suppose to, but the middle 4 were a little slow. Did have enough to bring my last 400m to an 82.
