Ran with Matt Neil
Went surprisingly well, started at 7:00 and kept working down til we were finishing around 6:20-30 pace. Only had to stop once for Matt to stretch but it wasn't absolutely necessary, definitely could have still finished at the same pace just would have been more difficult.
