Weather: 60 overcast, a little drizzly
Comments:
We ran to Hugh McRae (which was nice change up to get off the track) Then ran a .5 mile loop to get the feel for it then did it 4 more times chasing the person in front. He staggered our starts. No timing, just ran hard. It was my first morning session- I liked it and think I will keep doing Mon night/Thurs. AM
