Weather: Cool, dark, threatening rain..
Comments:
Back into it today after starting the week badly with 3k. Had a sore throat Tues, Wed & Thur so stayed off the course to give the body achance to recover. Felt better this morning as I pushed back into the training. Took it easy over 5k route but still finished in 33 minutes (not great but not too bad!)
Will do a long run early on Sunday and hopefully be able to push a bit harder.
