Tough, Rainy Workout

Comments:
4x200 with 30 seconds rest in between, 5 minutes, 4x300 with 1:10 rest in between, 6 minutes, 4x400 at mile pace with 2 minutes rest. It was the 300's that were just killer. Went 28, 28, 28, 28 for the 200's, 45, 45, 45, 45 for the 300's, and 67, 67, 67, 66 for the 400's. Really feel like i got a lot out of the 300's in particular, and then the proceeding 400's, legs were shot but was still able to hold pace and not break down.
