Weather: A little sticky

Comments:
Should have run before dinner. Oh well. Did this around 9:40p so it was dark out, first run in MD this summer. Was cruising pretty well. Didn't feel the uphills at the time but my thighs are sore now (monday).

Abs: 30x Bicycles, side crunches, high crunches
Hips: 30x spreads, circles, cycles, extensor lifts and SLHR
