Weather: rainy and cold

Comments:
4 x 200m at 800m pace with 30 sec rest followed by 4 x 300m at 800m pace with just over a min rest and then 4 x 400m at mile pace with 2 min rest, hit 29, 29, 29, 30, then 47, 47, 48, 48, and then 69, 69, 69, 66, the 800m paced stuff just felt extremely uncomfortable and not fun, mile pace felt a lot easier but still not chill, rough workout overall but got through it ok i guess, pretty friggin tired in between intervals though, rain wasn't too bad though just cold
