Comments:
So after not running the last 3 days, I decided to try out my knee again. Felt much better today. However, that was about the only good thing about this run. I waited too long to go (11:30 or so) and it was hot. I decided to actually run to the trail today, probably go out a ways and then back. Ended up just running there, chilling on the picnic table for a few minutes, and then run back. Ended up walking from Bennett home. Need to hydrate better for sure.
