Repeat a Bit

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran at TT again (I've decided that will be how I refer to the Tallgrass Trail, since that's a lot to type). Started at the trailhead and went out to 203 and back to the first bridge, then turned around and back to Herr Road before finishing back at the start. Got a little farther and still stayed off pavement for all but the first and last quarter mile. Already really wishing I had someone to train with.

Stretch at home, then 50 sit ups, haven't done abs in awhile so I'm easing back in. Goal is to be able to score a 300 on the army PT test by the time camp is over. Also pushups.
