Weather: hot day at the track, windy too
Comments:
2, 2, 3, 5, 1k. 5, 3, 2, 2/ with various breaks. Almost resembled a Fartlek. All close to 5k pace and not all-out. My k was in 3:08 with no real effort which is encouraging.
