Comments:
Regulat Harbor run and back to Graydon, then the Lafayette River at Granby Shell station. .Granby Shell run added as a cool down. 2 Aleve, J brace, one stop. Saw Richard as he was returning on his run. Foot burn on the run to Layfette River . Park Place is looking better.
