Horse Hill

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Very nice day for a solitary run. Ran up horse hill, through the fields, down Freese, through the Freese fields and trails, then added on a salad bowl. Felt good through out. Groin has worked it way through. Felt strong in the beginning, a little more tired at the end. Tried to keep pace up beat, but the hills and the trail slowed me down cause I was cautious on them. Also... pace it just slow in general until I get running more. Still, nice exercise and felt good.

Kinda pictured myself on the fields from the scenes in The Real Maine. Its funny since in high school, I looked up to those guys as the best of the best. They now look up to the pros at the best of the best... Erik even talked about that. Running is an amazing thing in that sense. A huge family that can connect to everyone. The guys I ran against in high school, even middle school, are now teammates of Erik at Binghamton. Its a huge web... just something I was thinking about while running with my thoughts.

Stretched in the grass after. Stretched, foot drills, then some L7. I was doing pushups when Kintner ran by. Didnt get to see UofR all track season, so it was cool to talk. He had a pretty good season. He interrupted my pushups, but NBD.

Probably a bit more than the mapped 4 because of the hills.
