Weather: 70s heavy breeze at times sunny

Nice run, It hurt to run at 170, I don't know if my HR monitor is doing its job properly. Last week's 170s were much easier but then I did a 5 vs a 3 and a lot more up and downs. I did the 4.5 but added another 1/2 mile to 21st st. Good run, worked on technique and was happy that I made the whole 5 without any stops!
