Comments:
It was too nice to bike in the basement today, so I gametime decisioned to go out. Kinda ran around the block, but added on a little more by going up turkey hill to mt pleasant, then back on the dirt road. Started out going pretty quick, dont know why. Held onto it. The wind picked up on dodge and I slowed down a lot. I was working, but kept going at that pace. HR was pretty high at the end, but it was abnormally high this morning... IDK maybe because I was so alert this morning (I was really hungry). Also getting over the cold bit by bit still some cough and phlegm.
Got back, took a while to cool down. Stretch roll L7 hips and abs. Legs felt good, just tired. Going to get out of this lazy mood next week.
I think it is a little less than 4.5, but its decently hilly...
