Comments:
Solid 5 mile tempo down river to canal, then quick loop to get back to mile 9 mark, and home...shut it down at mile 11 mark (stomach issues). 4 measured miles: 6:28-6:24-6:20-6:26...6:26 felt like i was holding back and still maintained almost same pace. overall, felt awesome.
