Comments:
Had a longer lunch, so I ran a bit of a track session: did 3 mile warm-up around South EUG, then to the track for 300m repeats, w/100m jog. Started fairly easy then cut down: 56s for the first couple, then 55, ending with a 51! Felt pretty good!
