1500 time trial

Comments:
Did a lake loop warmup and half a mile of strides before doing a 1500 time trial. The time trial itself sucked today. I felt really flat and just couldn't go flat. I didn't really kick it in so I probably could've gone faster but I had no kick whatsoever. Finished up with 8x200 at slightly faster than mile pace and a bean fields cooldown with Joe. I'm dead tired.
