Weather: rainy, windy, wet, and cold

Comments:
Sucked, went out too hard (31) chasing sei who was a good 40 meters ahead, then fell asleep until 500 to go when solomon passed me. Basically made up all the ground on sei from 500-200 to go :\ Calves were tight from 200 onwards too. Absolutely in better shape than that, definitely sub 4:30. If I can a) warm up closer to the race, b) get out more evenly and c) keep focus then i'm golden. To cut a little slack, weather was worst during our race so times were definitely worth at least 2-3 seconds faster. First real meet out of the way!
