Weather: 8ish and very hot. even this early like 80
Comments:
Went with Corey and David for my first run of summer training. Kinda pumped for this. Finally getting to get back into training. Ran pretty much straight after getting up. Should have drank more. My stomach was kinda bad for once on the way back. That's a first. Was not used to the heat at all. I'm excited that it's going to be cooler this week.
Decent run though. Felt good and the pace was decent. Tried just to relax after I broke off from David and Corey. Good first summer run. Its gonna be fun getting back into it.
Ibisx30, hips, gun show, stretch cuz I couldn't download a sheet since my hands were too sweaty.

Sleep: 8ish hours.
Trying to be mindful of my nutrition after runs. Had some chocolate milk while stretching to try to get on that.
