Comments:
went for 80 minutes, ended up around 75 or so.
Felt a little crappy on the way out, but felt much better as we approached the half way. So i decided to try to pick it up on the way back, but blew up about 3 miles away. Oh man it sucked, i think it was mostly dehydration. This was the first real hot morning run we have done.
