Long weekend run

Weather: Foggy, very humid

Comments:
Really humid. Tried to hydrate before, went out with no water. Made it to 3.3 turnaround ok, but had to walk part of the way back. Not handling heat well at all. Legs really tightening up - need to stretch all the time, weight work (?). Also, need to lose that weight
