Weather: overcast but calm

Comments:
Did a "true" Fartlek and just went as I pleased. Did some 1'/1', diagonals, push-ups, 8' at LT, steep hills, 3-2-1, and some strides and tricept dips. Cooled down up the Eliminator.

Got a phone call earlier from the Telegram: I've been named Athlete of the Week. So the next time someone insults me while I'm out, i'll say "hey! I'm athlete of the week!"
