First summer run woo!

Figured I'd had enough time off and was getting pretty antsy. Lap around my block to warmup then usual drills. Out and back along MacArthur, really nice out and loosened up after 10 minutes or so. Planks, crunches etc at home!

*tummy hurt will need to get back on regular foods mahhh
*gotta gmap every run now, never really counted miles that much except for kenya
