Thanks to my dad I go a heart rate monitor. It came yesterday so today was my first run with it. I really like it! Its nice to have something that lets me know I'm doing okay with the pace of my runs. It was also nice to know that I was able to settle into my pace and find that it was right about where I needed to be for my summer runs.
Kinda took a wrong turn on my run today so it was a bit longer than I thought it would be. And I had a headache most of the day and sinus pressure. But I'm feeling better tonight.
Good run overall.
