1p alone; out-and-back NP/SP to Shaker. right leg really sore, not sure if it's from getting an allergy steroid shot into it yesterday, from drinking last night and I'm just tired, post-marathon soreness hanging around, old shoes, or just my normal right hip acting up. we'll see.
