Comments:
Ran a new route today to keep things interesting. Unfortunately the new route has a lot of hills. Didn't really feel great today, no pain but just felt sluggish and tired. Pretty even splits until mile 4, 7:55, 7:57, 7:56, 7:36, 7:52. More miles this weekend, looking forward to it.
