Exercise Type: Weights

After biking. Cal was down there, but hes on the rowing team so his lift is way different. Ill do my own for now. I plan on just doing some stuff on off days, then getting more crossfit in later in the training. I can do that on the playground.
3x10 seated leg curls 70lbs (for hammy strength)
2x:
20 bench dips
20 incline pushups
20 squat thrusts
Sore after obviously, but it was fun. Back a little tight but should be fine
