Comments:
Ran with a fairly large group today. It was nice to run with people today. Talked with a lot of people. Basically shed peeps until it was just me and peter on the way back. It was nice to talk to peter after he came back from Washington.
Talking seems to elevate my heart rate some. Worth noting.
