There were some paddle workouts thrown in here.
2x400. 6:27, 6:30
6x50. 41, 41, 42, 42, 42, 43.
This workout was challenging wrt concentration. I did not focus on the curve of the hand as much as I had done in previous workouts. After working with the paddles, my shoulders were more tired than usual, so my concentration was very loose: I had trouble focusing on anything. Maybe that's why my times for the 50's were consistent... I let my body do the work and got my brain out of the way!
