Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So, I have been drifting in and out of summer running pace lately but Coach and I had decided that June 1st would be when I should start staying in range, so that's what I did. Except feeling like I'm going faster than I really am, so let that transition begin.
The second half of my run was pretty good though. Ran at about 6:30 pace for that I believe.
Essentials: 60 Push-Up, 100 abs, Icing left heel
