With Vaughn and Cromer until Coventry, with Tim, Gjoraas, and W until Lee, with Grese and Grogan, talked about how to get on coach's radar, pace a little fast but felt ok, saw Nick and Austin on the way out, Andrea, Leanne, and Sweet Cheeks, Petro and the freshman on the way back, circuit, stretch, 30 Ibis.
