Weather: humid at times, weird weather overall

Comments:
Ran about the same time yesterday. Had a pretty nasty headache after golf yesterday. I was impressed with my golf game though. It was much better than I thought for my first time out. Ran a standard Shaker long run but shorter than I normally would do.
Felt decent. Its interesting how even a small hill affects heart rate. My legs are a little tired now but that's to be expected from my first long run of the year.
