Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Longish (longer than the past few days) run today. Went CCT past Waterfront to Memorial Bridge into Virginia, had to back track a lot because of a fence they built to get onto the Mt Vernon path, finally found an entrance then went Mt Vernon then across Key Bridge, then up 35th to Resevoir and home. Didn't feel great today, everything felt sloggish, need to be better about hydration whatnot, and lots of blister/feet problems. But it was beautiful out and I love this route so it's ok. Trying to synchronize the green packet and the white schedule so I figure today is the day 6 LSD, tomorrow would normally be off (but since I've only been running since Thursday no point in taking off), then day 1 would be on Tuesday and can start with a tempo.
*tummy still hurts, better than before but still not good. merrrr
