Comments:
Post-work, ran all the way down to Tugman, then came back to the track for a quick 4x200 session. Busy track, including LB, et al doing some 800s. Did 4x200 in 34, 32, 32, 32? Very hard, but felt good.
Logged my 500th mile of the month! Celebrated with Hartnett(!) at Bier Stein with 500mL of Paulaner Hefe.
