Comments:
Ran 3x600 on 3:30 at 1.51, 1.53 and 1.55 5min rest. 4x400 at .70, .73, .73, .72. 5 min. rest. ran 4x200 at .32, .31, .31, .32. My tummy hurt real bad- I had horrible cramping. But it felt really good to push through!
