Comments:
I started out way fast in 6:15 pace and slowed down from there as I ran. The weather improved from yesterday with the cooler cloudy cover, but we still kept the strong SW wind, which was more in my face for the first half of this. My stomach was seriously cramping for the last couple miles and I was worried about how much I was slowing down, but with about a mile to go it became apparent that this would be the fastest I have ever ran this route unless I went to pieces. I finished okay despite my issues and ran under 7:00 pace here for only the second time ever. I must have really got ahead of 7:00 pace on the first four miles.
