Comments:
Saw the mother goose and her goslings again today. Got hissed at again. Ran with Drew and David. Felt much better today than the weekend. Much more in rythum than previous runs. Much more on top of things which was good. Just going with what the body gives me.

Sleep: 6ish hours (not that quailty, a lot on the mind)
