Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran after work in the shitty rain: two jackets, not to heat train but to stay dry. Ran VRC, then into Alton. Felt OK to so-so on VRC; did x4 strides at the Alton parking lot, then hit the tempo.
Felt good and strong with both mechanics and effort/breathing. Felt like 5:40s to 5:50s...turned out to be 6:12, 11:58, 6:02. Sheesh! It was hard work.
