Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went from Julia's house on Macarthur up to Sangamore and back for a warmup (2 miles/18:04). Wanted to see where I was in terms of splits, so went onto CCT for the half mile markers there. First mile 1/2 up 1/2 down at 7:57, 2nd flat at 7:51, last half mile back steep uphill on Arizona ave at 4:06 (oops..). Cool down with Julia (2 mi /18:02). Tired by the end and need to fix foot gate back from running on my toes the whole time. Cooler out today though which was nice! Strength after.

*still trying to figure out if I'm doing this whole training whatnot right. tummys finally better today thankfully. Feet aren't great, but I'm really liking the mileage a lot. Also people are really really nice. I"ll stop rambling now.
